Today I am grateful for gratitude. Telling people about the positive impact they have on your life is rewarding for everyone involved. I love the way giving gratitude makes me feel.

Hypercrash

Hyperfocus. This is one of the first things I learned about ADHD. It describes our ability as ADHDers to lose ourselves to hobbies or research, forsaking everything around us, sometimes for hours at a time. It’s how I lose entire days to games, creating music and sometimes even to work. But it can come at a price.

Today I am grateful for my intellectual & spiritual equal and partner in crime, Queen Bee. She’s always there for a good in depth yarn and constantly keeping me in equal parts on my toes and constantly growing emotionally. Love you to the moon and back x

Today I am grateful for having a particular group of amazing friends. I’ve never been one to have a core set of “bloke” friends, but these guys are amazing. Just good (mostly) clean fun and our get togethers are always so good and just… Easy.
