Today I am grateful for my mate, Uncle Chango. Through our regular playful banter in a group chat, he teased out the fact that my ADHD blog wasn’t very ADHD friendly. Today I introduced a TL;DR to my posts, something I wouldn’t have thought to do without his input.
Today I am grateful for William Curb, author and host of the Hacking Your ADHD podcast. William is an inspiration in the way he educates others in getting the most out of their ADHD super-power. He’s my ever-present companion on my daily walks and a true virtual guide on my journey.
Today I am grateful that there are people reading the things I write and reaching out to me to say thanks. It’s honestly the most rewarding thing I could hope for, especially for such a new project. #worthit
Today I am grateful for my dogs. Such unconditional love and pure joy from our best friends. Humans could learn a thing or two.
Today I am grateful for people who share their story. Being able to see my story reflected in others from all walks of life helps me in my own journey and makes me realise I’m not alone in all of this.
Today I’m grateful for my whānau… All of them. Blood relations and those that I call family by choice. You’re all an important and special part of this journey called life and I wish I had more time to spend with each of you.
Today I am grateful for my wonderful fiancé who convinced me to go for a walk at lunchtime… I would have missed the opportunity otherwise.
