Today I’m grateful not only to have had the opportunity to experience Richard Donner’s Superman the Movie on the big screen (finally) but also to have shared it with my youngest son
I’m floating in a beam of light with you
I love 80s music. I mean… really love 80s music. I was 3 when the 80s started and 13 by the time they ended – so incredibly formative years of my life. I’ve got a massive playlist of songs I grew up listening to, but some of the best 80s music I have discovered has come to me as an adult.

Today I am grateful for my mate, Uncle Chango. Through our regular playful banter in a group chat, he teased out the fact that my ADHD blog wasn’t very ADHD friendly. Today I introduced a TL;DR to my posts, something I wouldn’t have thought to do without his input.
My ADHD Toolkit: Tody App
There have been so many folks reaching out to me over the last few days, in support, in solidarity, or in search of some extra advice as they start their own journey. That’s super touching and super rewarding, and it’s fuelled my desire to share more of my own story, and to share some of the things I am finding useful to get through each day.

William is an inspiration in the way he educates others in getting the most out of their ADHD super-power. He’s my ever-present companion on my daily walks and a true virtual guide on my journey.
ADHD symptoms 101 – Object permanence
What is ADHD?
That’s a really big question, and I couldn’t cover it in a single post even if I wanted to. So I’m going to try and break it down into a bunch of different posts about some of the things I personally struggle with. I’m starting today with object permanence.

Why do I breathe? Oh I know…
Once upon a while ago I was a massive Ed Sheeran fan. Not sure that I would still call myself that. I like his music, but I don’t love it in the same way that I liked his early, indie sound. But his new album is out… And it’s… Better?
