Today I am grateful for my dogs. Such unconditional love and pure joy from our best friends. Humans could learn a thing or two.

I fell in to tech, really. I enjoyed it. I was good at it. I am good at it. But sometimes things get hard. So I just freeze.
This is not the way I’d recommend dealing with things getting hard, technical, or difficult. It’s not ever been a strategy that’s worked for me, so I found myself questioning:

This cracker of a song has come out of the depths of my lost audio memories in a bunch of ways recently. Firstly I read an article about how George Harrison wrote this as an extra single for a solo album and how he accidentally created one of the world’s quirkiest supergroups. And now somehow Spotify keeps throwing it at me… roughly four times in the last week. LOVE IT. The whole album (Volume 1) is super fun, and definitely worth a listen.

With two sons and a sister officially diagnosed with ADHD and years of experience living with others with it, I long suspected that I too had this condition. So I got myself assessed.
